Looking for some blacksmithing combines

Having a very hard time finding people to combine these for me, and the mats are pretty expensive so I don't want to just hand over hundereds of gold in mats to some random IF person.

Runic Plate Helm
Runic Plate Leggings
Runic Plate Boots

Got the sandstalker and thorium made so if you know anyone with runic plate that seems to be the hardest to find
